At Ycenter, we have been working on achieving SDGs through Human centered design program that we deliver to Universities, Foundations, Corporate organizations worldwide. Since 2016, we have worked in Kenya on Global Goals like Zero Hunger, Gender Equality and Improving the income for small holding farmers. We have worked in India, on Women in STEM and Entrepreneurship program to accelerate the need to make business sector more representative of all voices. In USA, we are running a series of programs aimed at creating projects to achieve UN SDGs, from a digital town-hall styled webinar to in-person workshops.

To celebrate The Globals Goals, Ycenter team collaborated with Pyxera Global (a nonprofit based in Washington, DC that creates groundbreaking partnerships between the public, private, and social sectors, leveraging the unique attributes of each to create shared value and innovative solutions to complex challenges) to produce a 90 minute online webinar for CSR leaders.

The speakers included Ycenter Global Chief Executive Officer Dhairya Pujara and Pyxera Global Vice-President of Program Innovation Renay Loper asn was moderated by Ycenter India Chief Operation Officer Rohaan Goswami. They discussed topics around

  • SDG advisory tools for CSR
  • Human centered design framework for CSR Innovation
  • Global landscape for SDGs and Corporate Sustainability
  • Multi-stakeholder approach project design

Part 1 Introduction to Ycenter Global UN SDG Townhall

If your organization is looking to organize an event/workshop around United Nations Sustainable Development Goals at large, or a specific domain like Climate Action, Gender Equality, Zero Poverty, Education for all, Healthcare focused, we would love to hear from you and explore opportunities to collaborate. The goal no.17 rightly calls for Partnerships as these Goals cannot be achieved by a single individual or an organization, it truly calls for a collective action from all stakeholders.
